Safe Harbor Status Extended
Nantucket has made great strides to increase the number of affordable housing units across the island recently, earning the town another two years of “safe harbor”. This major accomplishment provides some breathing room, but there is still work to be done.
Richmond Meadows Lottery
The Richmond Great Point Company has opened the lottery for 20 soon-to-be completed affordable apartments off Old South Road. Application deadline is February 16th.
Recycled house becomes new affordable rental
Just days after the building department issued a Certificate of Completion on the house-recycling project pictured above, a family of six became our newest tenants in this gorgeous 3-bedroom home.
